Payment is required at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.  In order to process credit cards please provide us with a current Alaska Driver's License.  Your signature allows us to request a credit report, if necessary.

As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we electronically file insurance claims.  In order to file your insurance, please provide us with a current insurance card.  Your estimated patient portion is necessary at the time of service.  Most insurance plans do not pay for the entire cost of your care.  There may be a deductible, dollar limit, or excluded services.  If you are unsure of what your dental benefits are, please contact your employer or insurance carrier.

The financial obligation of your dental treatment is your responsibility.  Any remaining balance after 60 days of date of service is due from the patient.  We welcome a frank discussion of services and fees prior to treatment.
