Although I was born in New York, I was raised from the age of 5 in Ontario Canada. I moved to Alaska from Toronto, Canada 9 years ago and bring with me 20 years experience as a receptionist and chair side dental assistant. I offer a great deal of compassion for all our patients. It will be my pleasure to greet you upon your arrival at our office. I recently just celebrated my 5th wedding anniversary to a wonderful man named Ken; we have a combined family of three children, David, Kayla and a step daughter Rachel who lives in Sacramento, 2 dogs and a cat. Since arriving in Alaska I have developed many hobbies which include fishing and boating, snow machining, walking, bike riding, watching movies and enjoying my family.
Anita moved to Alaska on a 4-year tour with her USAF husband and their 3 children...that was 16 years ago! She graduated from UAA in 1998 with an Associate's degree in Dental Assisting and has been working in the dental field since that time. Anita enjoys traveling with her husband Rob, cooking, and spending time with her family and her Westie, Sterling.
As a professional, my calling is to serve people and develop lasting relationships by promoting health and wellness through in-depth dental hygiene care. A seasoned graduate of the University of Alaska-Anchorage, and a member in good standing with the Alaska State Dental Association, I am licensed to administer local anesthetics, nitrous oxide, and place antibiotic agents. Additionally, I excel in advanced hygiene care, that include but are not limited to, sedation and laser treatment. My foremost attribute is my compassion for each and every individual.
I come from a family of honor, loyalty, caring and commitment. Along with our children (Court, Brie, Blayne and Celisa) my husband Scott and I, love and appreciate all that the great outdoors give us. Hiking, camping, fishing, and enjoying the great State of Alaska with our four footed Lab, Parker. We are so very fortunate and grateful that we have each other.
It is a pleasure to be an intricate member of Dr. Richard Pauli's practice. Our team will provide you with the care you deserve.
